Leasing Information

The Center is available for lease by community, business, and campus groups.

Reasonable rates are charged, the building is available during regular business hours. For events that will run beyond normal hours of operation a nominal staffing fee will be assessed. No alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time.

The largest space is the Gathering Area, which can hold up to 180 people. We also have a standard classroom, a resource center, and a conference room available for lease. Amenities include computer ports, video projectors, telecommunication and video-conferencing capabilities, and a fully licensed commercial kitchen.

The grounds include an intimate outdoor courtyard and the 3,700 foot rooftop garden allows pleasant views of the campus and the city. The Center is located at the southern tip of the PSU campus on SW Jackson Street between Broadway and Park.
